CAR CONVERSTION MECHANIC
We are looking for car mechanics for our workshop center in Dar Es Salaam. As a Car Conversion Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing conversion of vehicles to LPG/CNG in accordance with the Afroautogas conversion technology. This is a physically demanding role that involves manual handling and working in and around vehicles. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Your new Role
- Performing conversion of vehicles to LPG/CNG in accordance with the Afroautogas conversion technology
- Operation of workshop equipment
- Reading technical drawings and measuring with tapes etc.
- Using hand and tools for conversioning operations
- Work on PC
- Work with diagnostics
Your Skills
- High diploma in mechanics or above
- Practical knowledge of automotive repair technology in the mechanical field (preferred)
- Basic PC skills
- Valid category B driving license
- Communicating in English language
- Strong attendtion to detail
- Passion for the automotive industry supported by knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
